a person or thing that influences others with a big platform

Kim Kardashian has over a billion dollars by showing her lifestyle giving her a massive revenue

5) What are the problems associated with being an influencer?
Too much fame meaning you cant live a regular life as previously, also people become jealous and try do anything to bring u down 
6) Why is it suggested that audiences actually like being sold products by influencers?
As it creates something the customer and celebrity can relate to which might interest them more and have a lot of trust in the influencer meaning they will follow them.
7) What representation of beauty is often found on Instagram or other influencer sites?
beauty is represented as sexual and have no modesty, the beauty standards are changing daily with girls using a lot of stuff such as lip fillers making themselves try to look more appealing
8) What is YOUR opinion on influencers? Are they a positive or negative influence on our society and culture? Why? I believe it has a positive and negative influence as some people can use there platform to manipulate children to be customers to whatever they promote / wear but it can also be used in a good way demonstrated by marcus rashford as he convinced the government to give out free school meals as he publicly shamed them by taking action himself when he gave out hundreds of meals to school kids during a pandemic.
